Warranty

The products sold are covered by a warranty of 6 months from their delivery to the buyer, against manufacturing and only defects that existed at the time of their delivery.

After the lapse of 6 months from the delivery, the buyer must prove with a technical report by a competent certified expert, the manufacturing defect of the sold product for the legal guarantee to apply (article 534 et seq. of the Civil Code)

The presentation by the buyer of the receipt of retail purchase or the purchase invoice as well as the packaging of the product are necessary conditions for the warranty to be valid.

The warranty is not valid if the buyer has misused or misused the product or violated the conditions and safety rules, set by the manufacturer of the product sold, or obeyed by the very nature of the product.

The possible replacement of the defective product does not result in the extension of the warranty nor the renewal of the expiration of the non-specific written agreement, with which a new 3-month warranty is once provided for the replaced product.

Security label

All remanufactured or created or replaced battery packs in our workshops are fitted with a special additional self-adhesive detachable Security / Warranty Label in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (T&C). On the special security label there is a pre-printed barcode as well as the code of the technician who undertook the reconstruction / creation of the warranty battery pack.)

The pre-printed Barcode on the security label is placed on the remanufactured or remanufactured battery pack. The same barcode is also written on the sales document, so that there is identification for the validity of the guarantee according to (O.P.).

The Battery Pack Professional (BPP) service offers a 6-month performance warranty for remanufactured or remanufactured rechargeable hand-built BPs. (Special cases with elements of specific specifications are excluded, for which a separate relevant written agreement will be made for the warranty period).

Terms & Conditions

• The warranty does not apply if the tear-off security label has been tampered with or removed.
• The warranty does not apply if the handmade battery pack has been misused (e.g. short-circuited) or materially damaged (e.g. on the shell).
• The battery packs should be recharged with the factory charger or the appropriate charger of corresponding technology. In case of incorrect choice of charger and incorrect charging method, the warranty is not valid.
• The warranty is not valid if the battery pack has been damaged by high temperatures, freezing, moisture, dropping, negligence.
• The products of Battery Pack Professional (BPP) services must be used carefully following the instructions given in the instructions for use and maintenance.
• The maximum capacity of battery packs decreases with time and use.
• The presentation of a copy of the retail receipt is a prerequisite for the warranty to be valid. The date written on the purchase documents is also the start date of the warranty, which expires 6 months after the date of purchase.
• Carrying out a repair of the battery pack or its replacement, under the conditions defined by the guarantee, does not extend the guarantee or renew its expiry.

Product return due to DOA:

In the case of a product return due to DOA (Dead on Arrival) and after first having communicated with our store (by email at info@batterypack.gr or by phone at 2106452865) the customer has 10 calendar days to send us the product by charge us with a carrier through our company's choice. The product must be accompanied by the sales document, its packaging and the return request form.

Customer withdrawal

As long as the product sold is not defective upon delivery, product change or withdrawal by the buyer does not apply if the sale has been made from our physical stores or if the value of the product is less than 30 euros or if the buyer is not a consumer within the meaning of codified Law 2251/94 on consumer protection, but is a self-employed person or trader acting for reasons that fall within his commercial, business or independent professional activity.

In a purchase made at a distance (outside a physical store), the consumer-buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product.

The consumer's declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that expire soon, products that were sealed-packaged and unsealed after delivery, products that are not completely intact, in exactly the same condition as they were delivered, products that have been used in any way .
