Customers can send us the old Battery packs, which are initially intended for Diagnosis and if they agree to the cost, the Reconstruction - Creation - Replacement begins, in 3 ways:
- The customers themselves deliver the battery packs to be diagnosed to the company's headquarters in Ampelokipi.
- B2B customers deliver them, accompanied by the Delivery Note, to the company's driver who delivers them to our headquarters.
- B2B & B2C customers send them with any courier – agency at their own expense to our headquarters.
THE responsible receiving the Battery packs to be Diagnosed, the following steps should be followed:
- To register the old Battery packs / device that the customer has delivered to us with a quantity receipt in the program.
There are two cases:
A) The Battery packs /accessories/ their device must be accompanied by the B2B customer's delivery note.
In this case, the quantity receipt slip that we will issue will be with series 040X and we will have to mention in the field Acc. document him code of the customer's shipping slip. In addition, on the customer's ticket we write in clear letters the date and the voucher code that we registered in the program.
B) The Battery packs / accessories/ device of B2C not to be accompanied by a customer/private delivery note
In this case, the quantity receipt slip we will issue will be series 04Δ0.
In both cases the quantity we will enter should correspond to the pieces that the customer has delivered or sent for example, if the customer has sent a battery and a charger then the quantity receipt will have a quantity two pieces. In addition to the description, mention what we have received, e.g. 1 X battery and 1 P charger.
- In every old one Battery pack which is intended for Reconstruction - Creation - Replacement, should be covered on its surface with a yellow paper tape, on which the number of the accompanying card will be written in blue, clear letters. Eg if a customer has sent 1 battery and a charger both the battery and the charger should have the yellow paper tape on it.
The yellow paper tape will not be removed until the customer receives the new Battery pack
- The old Battery packs with the yellow tape, together with the quantity receipt slip that we issued, they are placed in a plastic transparent bag with a clip and you hand it over to the technician who will undertake the Diagnosis - Reconstruction according to the geographical location he has undertaken (Attica or region).
In any case, the person responsible for receiving the old ones Battery pack should ensure that all the pack that he receives are INSIDE A TRANSPARENT BAG, accompanied by the necessary slips and that there is no chance of the slip being lost!
- We deliver to the technicians the transparent bag containing the old Battery pack to be diagnosed together with the receipt slip.
- Mr. Tsoumakis Ippokratis takes over the old Battery packs of the district.
- The old Battery packs of Attica are taken over by Mr. Spanakis Pantelis.
TECHNICIANS SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED OLD BATTERY PACKS WHICH WILL BE WITHOUT RECEIPT AND OUTSIDE A TRANSPARENT BAG.
The person responsible for receiving the old Battery packs or the respective wholesaler informs the B2B customer of the advance payment that he will have to pay in order for the technicians to start the Diagnosis and then the Rebuild – Build – Replace the old Battery packs.
In cases where customers do not wish to repair the old Battery pack and we have to send it back by courier or agency, the return costs are borne by the customer.
